Shipping Policy

Zone 1: Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois - shipping is on us, as always. And if you want to visit the farm, you're welcome to pick up your order right from our doorstep at no extra charge. Free delivery is also still available for Jackson, Co. IN residents. 

Zone 2: Ground Shipping to Selected States at $1.50 per pound for bundles/subscriptions and $0.75 per pound for bulk orders.  These states include Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Zone 3: Express Shipping to the Eastern States at $2 per pound for bulk orders and a $3 per pound for our bundles/subscriptions.  These states include Florida, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. 

Zone 4: Express Shipping to the Western States at $3 per pound for our bulk packages and $7.50 per pound for bundles/subscriptions. These states include North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, California, Wyoming, Oregon, Montana, Washington and Alaska. 

Family Traditions ships orders on the second Tuesday of each month.   As soon we print your label, a tracking number will be emailed to you, so you know when your beef/pork will ship.

We work hard to ensure all our packages arrive frozen solid by using the best insulation materials and dry ice and/or the best ice packs; however, if any product were to ever arrive thawed or in poor condition, please contact us at jennifer@familytraditionsbeef.com. Attach photos of compromised product and we will replace your order immediately.
