Our Mini Bulk (1/16 of a beef) is approximately 25 lbs and includes the same ratio of cuts as our other bulk packages, just in a smaller quantity. 

The package includes:

  • 12 lbs of 85/15 ground beef (in convenient 1 lb packages).
  • About 6 lbs of savory cuts (an assortment of roasts, stew meat, cube steak, brisket).
  • About 7 lbs of steaks (an assortment of New York Strip, Filet, Ribeye, Sirloin, Flat Iron, Hanger, Flank, Skirt). 

Because of the limited amount of lbs available in this box, not all cuts will be in each box).

We offer Free Shipping to Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois. Discounted rates apply for other states we can reach with 2-day ground shipping. All other states require express shipping.
